We Provide 7 Days Return / Replacement or Exchange.

When you approach us for a return, believe us we will be more than happy to help you. Because it’s a great opportunity for us to show you our honesty & transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our product & services. When you don’t like something, we encourage you to return it. Because when you don’t return it then it is a Lose-Lose Situation for both of us. You will lose your money & we will lose your trust, where trust is more precious than money. Rather we advise you to go ahead & ask for a refund/exchange. When we give you returns, we may lose some money, but it’s totally ok. Because we will earn your precious trust.

Help us to earn a more precious thing in our business, which is your trust, not money. Subject to the following conditions::

  • You must inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Sunglasses must be in their original condition & packaging, with all tags & accessories included.
  • If you purchased your sunglasses as part of a promotional sale (such as “buy one, get one up to 75% off”), we will only provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
  • In the event that you receive the wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

In case you want a Replacement or Exchange or Return:

  • You will have to arrange & pay for the delivery to us for your exchange or return.
  • The customer needs to share the courier receipt with our customer care WhatsApp number +2348028884447
  • We understand that sometimes one exchange or replacement may not be enough fr a customer’s satisfaction. However, we would like to inform our customers that we can provide only a one-time replacement or exchange for free.
  • If the customer wishes to have more than one exchange or replacement, they will have to pay a nominal fee of £50 for each subsequent exchange or replacement. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of shipping & handling. We hope our customers understand this policy & we assure you that we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our products & services.
  • Do carefully seal the courier & send them back. Glasses that have been scratched bent, twisted, or gone through any wearing & tearing will not be returned.
  • After receiving the product, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used & is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back.
  • In case the product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, can deny a refund to the customer.

  • You need to mention your order number, the date of order, & your date of receipt;
  • For the refund, a link will be shared where the customer can fill in the bank details.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases. We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive the product & issue a refund or replacement within 14 business days.
